Our History
The IACT is one of the churches established under the ministry of Rev. Robert and Sis. Gayle Frizzell (served as Missionaries to Asia from 1990 until 2019, under the Global Missions of the United Pentecostal Church International). Prior to IACT, they had an international church who met at their apartment in Sukhumvit 11, as well as a Burmese church. They have also pioneered churches in Laos, Vietnam, Golden Triangle, Cambodia and Myanmar.
In 2009, Brother Steve Kebasen and Sis. Annie Kebasen, whose families were converted in the Philippines, met with the Frizzells and the rest is history. The Lord Jesus Christ powerfully manifested His presence on our first worship service in March 2009. There were 4 people in attendance, aside from the Frizzells.
From 2009 to 2012, the church met every Sunday at a rooftop bar of a hotel in Sukhumvit Soi 7. By 2012, the group grew and by God’s grace, moved to a bigger place of worship. The church relocated to where it is currently meeting every Sunday morning - at the Bangkok Christian Guest House, Sala Daeng Soi 2, Silom, Bangkok. Pastor Steve and Sis. Annie Kebasen continue to lead IACT’s main church in Bangkok, as well as the other 8 daughter churches and numerous preaching points and Life Class groups. The daughter churches are located in the provinces of Lampang, Nonthaburi, Muang Chon Buri, Pattaya City, Korat City, Phuket, Chiang Rai City, and more recently, Chaiyaphum City.

Our Partners

IACT is also involved with the UPC of Thailand, working with Thai pastors in reaching out to as many souls as possible, converting people, seeing them baptized in the saving name of our Lord Jesus Christ and receive the gift of the Holy Ghost!

The Lord Jesus Christ has blessed IACT to be able to give financially to many churches to support their evangelism activities, especially for their children’s ministry. In addition, IACT supports an orphanage at the Umphiem Refugee Camp, under the Living Waters International Church (oneness Burmese group).

Beyond Thailand, IACT, is involved in training pastors in Myanmar, specifically at the Golden Triangle, north of Thailand. Some of IACT’s members have moved to nearby countries in South East Asia such as Cambodia and Vietnam, and have remained in contact for future ministry. IACT also supports one local church in the island of Guimaras, Philippines.

Moving Forward

As of 2026, IACT has a constituency of about 500 people, with about 15 nationalities represented (Asians, Africans, Americans, Canadians, Australians, Europeans).
Currently, there are 8 licensed ministers, with their spouses, and about 40 Life Class Teachers ministering in IACT’s Life Classes. There are about 30 Life Classes during the week, a few of them monthly due to distance from Bangkok. All IACT saints are involved in various capacities under its different departments such as the Apostolic Men’s Ministry, Ladies’ Ministry, Apostolic Youth Ministry, Sunday School Ministry, Music and Media Ministry, Ushering Ministry and the IACT Riders (motorcycle ministry).
IACT has seen many receive the Holy Ghost and got baptized in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ throughout the years, notable miracles and wonders, and many lives have been changed. Over the years, about 2,500 people have visited or attended IACT's services and events, some staying for a short time (a few months) or working in the region based in Thailand for a few years.
All the glory belongs to our Lord Jesus Christ! This is His church!
